Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps

The ISG series single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, the ISW horizontal centrifugal pump are clever combination of designs based on general vertical pump, which adopted domestic excellent hydraulic model and the IS centrifugal pump performance parameters. According to the different of usage temperature and medium, it divides into hot water pump, high temperature corrosion resistant chemical pump and oil pump. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance and so on. It is designed and manufactured according to international ISO2858 standard, and meets the requirement of the latest standard JB/T53058-93R of national Ministry of machinery.

The ISG, ISW centrifugal pump are using to convey clean water and other liquids whose physicochemical property similar to water. They are suitable for farmland irrigation, industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water to high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transmission. For the warm water circulation, pressurization and equipment matching of hvac refrigeration cycle, bathroom and so on. The liquid temperature should be at 80℃ or less.

The IRG, IRW pipeline pump is suitable for boiler’s high temperature water pressurization circulation and transmission of energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile industry, paper making and hotels, and urban heating system circulation, which using temperature should not exceed 120℃.

The IHG vertical pump and the IHW horizontal pipe chemical pump can convey corrosive liquid without solid particles. They can apply to oil, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food, pharmacy and synthetic fibers. Their usage temperature range is minus 20℃ to 120℃.

The YG vertical, the YW horizontal straight oil pump transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil. The transmission medium temperature range is minus 20℃ to 120℃.
